Reminder is a browser extension that lets you create reminders and get a notification when they are due. It was made by Gaurab for Hack Club.
The reminders you type, your reminder history, and your settings (theme, sound, snooze length). This data is saved only in your browser's local extension storage on your own device.
Reminder does not collect, transmit, sell, share, or transfer your data to anyone. It has no accounts, no servers, no analytics, no tracking, and no ads, and it makes no network requests.
If you use the "Remind me about..." right-click option, the text you selected is used only to fill in the reminder form on your device.
If you export your reminders, a JSON file is saved to your own computer. Importing reads a file that you choose. Nothing is uploaded anywhere.
You can delete reminders and history inside the extension, or remove all data by uninstalling the extension.
